Hero is an internationally operating food company based in Lenzburg.
In the fully automated jam production, the freshly packed boxes with jam jars must be taken from fast conveyor belts and stacked on the ready pallets.
The Solution
We developed an automated Pick-and-Place and Packing Cell equipped with three FANUC Industrial Robots with six axes.
The precisely manufactured grippers ensure precise removal of the jam boxes from the conveyor belt. With impressive speed, the boxes are then securely stacked on the pallets.
