New in the Team: Daniel Spirig, Automation Expert

How was your start with us?

My start was excellent. Everyone in the team welcomed me warmly and openly. I was immediately involved, had my first meetings, and am now quickly getting to know the company.

What did you do before?

Before, I worked for 18 years at a company specializing in gear solutions. I started in design there, then furthered my education for sales and completed my bachelor's degree as a sales manager. Originally, I trained as a polymechanic with further education in mechanical engineering HF.

How did you come across Robotec?

I saw the job advertisement on LinkedIn, which matched my skills from A to Z. So I applied right away. And here I am. :-)

What are you particularly looking forward to?

I look forward to getting to know the people and products of Robotec. I also find robotics as a highly current topic incredibly exciting.

Finally: What do you do in your free time?

After work, I enjoy being out on the mountain bike, and I spend a lot of time with my 10-year-old daughter.
