The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) enters into force on 11 December 2027 . Many companies already expect their customers and partners to comply with these requirements today. With the Robotec CRA Check we review your robot system pragmatically and in a structured way — with a clear focus on operational and cyber safety.

4 steps to improve cybersecurity

1. Preliminary assessment and quote

Based on the size and complexity of your system, we recommend the appropriate CRA Check, including timeframe and costs.

2. Risk and hazard assessment

We identify relevant risks and assess their impact on your production.

3. On-site analysis

On-site, we check the technical conditions and security measures, such as:

  • Which devices are present in the plant network (listing & topology)
  • Is the firmware of the network devices (PC, PLC, I/O device, cameras, …) up to date?
  • Are the devices protected with strong passwords?
  • Is the data backup for all devices in place and stored separately from the system?
  • How are the systems integrated into the company network?

4. Report with recommendations

At the end of the CRA Check you will receive a clearly structured report. This contains concrete guidelines as well as recommended measures to improve security.

Book your CRA Check now

Take the opportunity to bring your systems up to the new security standard without hassle. Tip: Have the technical specifications of your system ready. You can find these on the nameplate.
